The See See Riders are a young string band from Bamberg, Germany, playing blues, American roots, and early swing music. With resonator guitars, violin, and double bass, they blend reimagined forgotten songs with original compositions. Soulful, witty performances recently earned them a spot in the 2025 International Blues Challenge finals in Memphis and third place at the European Blues Challenge in Split, Croatia. Since then, they have gained international recognition, playing blues festivals all over Europe, such as Blues in Hell in Norway, Brezoi Blues Festival in Romania, Le Buis Blues Festival in France, and Swing Wespelaar in Belgium. Their new album Having Fun with The See See Riders mixes vintage and modern influences – from Tampa Red-inspired slide guitar and raw Charley Patton interpretations to virtuoso fiddle parts and vocal harmonies that add depth
and character.
